Built By Engineers Who Run This In Production

securebootfix.com exists because we needed it ourselves — and we figured the rest of the industry probably did too.

Who Built This Tool And Why

securebootfix.com is built and maintained by Unified Cyber Solutions Group LLC, a veteran-owned cybersecurity engineering firm. The tool started as an internal PowerShell script our team wrote in early 2025 to inventory Secure Boot certificate state across a 500-machine Department of Defense network we engineer for. Once we saw how many endpoints across the fleet were silently going to fail the June 2026 transition — and how few off-the-shelf tools surfaced the problem at all — we packaged it for the rest of the industry.

Every part of the audit script, the report generator, and the remediation packages has been used in production on regulated networks. We are not a marketing site dressed up as a tool; the tool came first, and the site exists to distribute it.

Unified Cyber Solutions Group LLC

UCSG is a Florida-based veteran-owned small business focused on practical compliance engineering for environments where the work actually has to function — DoD contractors, regulated SMBs, and the MSPs who serve them. SAM registered with DUNS established and government contracting ready. We do not sell shelfware. Everything we publish is something we use ourselves.

Visit ucsg.tech for the full company profile, capability statement, and consulting services. Our engineers hold active engagements with DoD networks and bring that day-to-day operational context into every tool we ship publicly.

Mission

Make boot-level security compliance achievable for organizations that do not have a dedicated firmware engineering team. The Secure Boot 2026 transition is the first project under that mission, and it will not be the last — UEFI security as a category is going to need a lot more attention over the next several years, and we intend to be part of that conversation with tools that respect your time and your network.
